Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long does it take to ship after I order?
We process orders within 2-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers; each will have its own tracking number.
Q2: Why can't I cancel or make changes after placing my order?
We make the product after you order. This allows us to minimize waste and produce
responsibly. However, because production starts quickly, we typically cannot cancel or modify an order after it's placed. Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before submitting your order.
Q3: How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?
After processing (2-5 business days), standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that all delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Q4: My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
1. Check around your front door, mailbox, leasing office, or with neighbors.
2. Wait an extra 1-2 days. Sometimes carriers mark packages as "Delivered" a day or two before they actually arrive.
3. If it still hasn't arrived, contact the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.) directly using your tracking number. The carrier can provide the most accurate information about the delivery attempt.
4. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at noturpet@oinfiny.com.
We'll do our best to assist.
Q5:I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it after placing my order?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to help update the address. However, once the order has already been sent to production and shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Q6: What is your return policy?
Because every item is made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size selected."
Q7: My item hasa quality issue. How do I request a return or refund?
Please check your inbox for the delivery confirmation email sent by our fulfillment partner (customer@trackorder.site). Use the link in that email to submit your request within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims will result in either:
- Replacement: A new item will be produced (2-5 business days) and you will receive a new tracking number.
- Refund: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you cannot find the email or the link does not work, please contact us directly at noturpet@oinfiny.com and we will provide you with a submission link.
Q8: Can I exchange for a different size or a different item?
We do not accept size exchanges. Please refer to the size guide on the product page before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will process a replacement for the same item or issue a refund according to the process in Q7.
