We ship Not Ur Pet products within the United States only.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently offer:

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days (in addition to processing times)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Not Ur Pet is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment will require a new shipping fee.

Delivered But Not Received

If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or around your delivery location.
  • Wait 1–2 days, as packages may be prematurely marked as delivered.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to file claims with carriers on your behalf — you will need to contact them directly using the tracking information provided. We’re happy to help with any information you need from our end.
