Refund policy
We're a small design brand, and all products are made after you order.
We hope you understand that this allows us to create responsibly and reduce waste. Because of this, we’re able to accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
Thank you for understanding — we truly appreciate it.
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we promise to make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement or refund:
- After your order is delivered, check your inbox for an email from customer@trackorder.site (this email comes from our fulfillment partner and contains your order details)
- If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder
- Click the link in the email to report the issue directly to our support team - this is the easiest and fastest way to get your request processed

Provide clear photos showing the issue
Important deadlines:
- All issue reports must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept reports filed after this timeframe.
All replacement and refund requests are reviewed by us before approval.
Once your request is approved:
- Replacement: Production takes 2-5 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email once your replacement ships.
- Refund: Amount is returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that once we process the refund, the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider — we cannot control how long they take to reflect the refund in your account.
